• We currently only deliver within Telangana, India.
• Orders placed outside of Telangana will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Processing Time

• All our products are freshly prepared upon order, so processing takes **1-2 business days** before dispatch.
• Orders placed after **6:00 PM IST** will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery within Hyderabad: **1-2 business days** after dispatch.
• Other locations in Telangana: **2-4 business days** after dispatch.
• Remote areas may take **4-5 business days** depending on logistics.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for orders above ₹999.
• A standard delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Delivery charges may vary for bulk orders.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a **tracking ID** via SMS/email.
